About us

TeamIP3 was founded by Joey Mongalo, a former Junior Springbok rugby player and professional rugby coach. Joey has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. He draws on his 20-plus years of experience within high-performance organisations and the study of successful teams to develop cutting edge and performance enhancing leadership development and team cohesion strategies.
